All ratings must be appealed through USTA Kentucky. These forms can be sent
to the USTA Kentucky Office or faxed to 502-491-1228. Appeal decisions will be
posted on the State website www.kentuckytennis.com. Please allow 2 weeks for your rating to be adjusted in tennislink before
registering for a team.
Appeals are handled by the Kentucky State League Coordinator. Louisville
League and/or Local League Coordinator has no access to the appeals process. All
questions should be addressed through USTA Kentucky at appeals@kentuckytennis.com or
502-491-1290.
